we’ve noticed a serious problem recently. The service domains which are created by WHM automatically while creating a hosting account are being indexed by search engine bots such as google bot, yandex bot and others.

For example, creating a webhosting account in cPanel for domain1.com will create a pair of service domains. In our case these are domain1.server.ourhostname.com and mail.domain1.com. We need them to serve the customers properly, but we do not need them to be indexed by robots. Today they are getting into SERP of major search engines with totally duplicated content. In fact, domain1.server.ourhostname.com and mail.domain1.com are mirrors for domain1.com

Please, advice how to tune WHM properly so as 1) to stop creating duplicate content on service domains and 2) to stop indexing service domains by search engine bots.
